Amberley Business Centre is a family run business established in 1991. We are run by a small, mature and experienced team, with emphasis very much on high levels of service. Together, we have a wealth of knowledge in the serviced office and hospitality industries.

Amberley offers both boardroom and small meeting room facilities within the IBM building to in-house, virtual and non-Amberley clients. Amberley Boardroom
An ideal venue for your formal business meetings or training sessions comfortably seating up to 10-12 around our table, or up to 18 theatre style.
Kimberley and Rottnest Meeting Rooms
Our meeting rooms are furnished with comfortable chairs and a round table and are perfect for 4 to 5 guests to have an informal meeting or presentation.
Business Lounge
This communal area is adjacent to Amberley’s reception and is available for all our clients free of charge to use for impromptu or informal meetings.
End of Trip cycling facility
The IBM Building has a dedicated area with secure bicycle racks, lockers and changing rooms, where cyclists, joggers and walkers can shower, change and secure their belongings (including a drying room) with access straight into the 2nd floor – available to all in-house clients.

Our main unique selling point would be our location:
- Just a stone's throw from the freeway travelling north and south to allow you easy access out of the city.
- Free CAT buses stopping at Parliament House makes Amberley your natural choice of a central location but, still with it’s trees and parks.
