Terms and Conditions
- Based on a Rolling Agreement with a 2 calendar month written notice period.
- A security bond equivalent to 2 months’ rent is required upon signature of the Virtual Agreement, together with the first month’s rent.
- Rent is payable by the 1st of each month by direct debit and an invoice for additional optional services is issued in arrears at the end of each month - payable within 7 days.
